Our Fall Fitness Training weekday classes are currently offered Tuesdays and Thursdays this Fall, and are geared towards overall fitness and health. Space still available – see our Fall Fitness Page

Weekends

We currently offer Basketball specific training clinics on the weekends. See www.foothillhoops.org for more information. Space is limited and there are currently waiting lists.

Personal Sessions

Private Training

Available upon request – we’ll work with you when it is convenient for your schedule. Hand-crafted for your goals – gain muscle, lose fat, build endurance… you name it, we can make it happen

Nutrition Guidance

Along with our private training sessions comes nutrition guidance. General questions, and unlimited on-demand support for lasting, improved nutrition overall. We are here to help in all aspects to make you healthy.


Strength Training

Let’s work together to build the core of all the major muscle groups and set a course for self maintenance & care. We focus on mobility and agility, utilizing the safest training methods for young athletes.

Outdoor Fitness

With the weather being great in SoCal and the Covid-19 restrictions, we’ll focus on outdoor training experience the outdoors as we sweat together in the fresh air.
